DESCRIPTION: Production Manager
This position is located in Wallingford, CT.
This person will organize and direct the manufacturing activities to assure products are delivered to customers on time and within specification while meeting quality, safety and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities will include planning and managing the production functions (machine shop, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical assembly), ensuring that staffing is appropriate and that manufacturing projects are completed to quality standards in a timely manner.
Successful candidate will possess a bachelors degree in management or engineering combined with 5 or more years of experience working in the oilfield or other harsh environment industry, plus a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a machine shop at the supervisory level.
