APS Technology Hires Ronald Deady as Senior Petrophysicist

Wallingford, CT and Houston, TX – February 1, 2010 – APS Technology, Inc., a leading provider of innovative technologies for drilling performance, today announced that they have hired Ron Deady as Senior Petrophysicist.
Mr. Deady started his career in the oilfield services sector 28 years ago with Anadrill/Schlumberger and has since worked for Teleco Oilfield Services, Baker Hughes INTEQ, Halliburton Energy Services and Navigate Energy Services. His experience includes petrophysics and LWD technical support, log analysis department management, product management of acoustic tools, operations management and field test engineering. He holds two US patents related to MWD and has authored and co-authored numerous papers and publications related to MWD & LWD technology and applications.

Mr. Deady is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and holds a BS in Geology and is a member of SPE, SPWLA (2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 Annual Symposium Technical Review Committee Member, High angle/ Horizontal steering committee member) & Society of Exploration Geophysicists.
